This technique helps reduce tension, improve mobility, and relieve pain from issues like back or neck pain, headaches, and sports injuries. At Acupuncture North, dry needling can be used on its own or combined with acupuncture or cupping for a complete approach to healing.

Recommendations for exercises, stretches, food therapy, and/or herbs or supplements will be made if necessary, and you will receive an acupuncture treatment accompanied with accessory techniques, such as cupping, massage, heat and light therapy.
