Your appointment time is reserved specifically for you. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please do so at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment time. Fees for appointments canceled within less than 24 hours or no-call/no-show appointments will be charged at the subsequent appointment. See below for cancellation fee information. Changes can be made online using the link in your confirmation email, by texting 612-865-5387 or emailing julie@goacupuncturenorth.com. All appointments canceled within less than a 24 hour notice will be charged the deposit fee associated with their service. Exceptions will still be made for illness, medical and family emergencies as well as school closures due to bad weather. If you are uncertain of your ability to fully commit to your appointment time, communicate concerns via text or email prior to booking online. Transparent communication can result in more flexibility. Habitual cancellations within the 24 hour notice without intentional conversation will result in full appointment fee being charged to a card on file. In the event of a missed appointment without any notification of cancellation or rescheduling (“no-call/no-show”), you will be charged the deposit fee. For appointments that are part of a package, this will result in a loss of one package session. Exceptions will still be made for illness, medical and family emergencies.
